Frank Mason was born in the spring of 1917 in Banbury to Ernest and Elizabeth Mason (née Jameson).
He died of petrol burns at C.M.H. Jamshedpur on 28th November 1943.
At the time he was serving as a Gunner with 7 (Rajput) Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment, Indian Artillery.
They shall not grow old,
as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them,
nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun,
and in morning
We will remember them.
